Intelligent surveillance for newborns

Our mission is to provide intelligent audiovisual tools that increase preterm newborn comfort and empower medical professionals in neonatal intensive care units.

We aim to enhance our little patients' quality of life and future health in this critical period. Our company is in transition from R&D to startup life. We found the key partners for regulatory, electrical, and mechanical design, AI technologies, and medtech software development.

We are fundraising and looking for public funds and investors who understand the healthcare and medtech world, share our vision, and like the idea of going to market in 2025Q4.

Neonatal Intensive Care Units had no medical device, software, or service for automatized sleeping habits and disruptive environmental hazard monitoring.

Why it is important?

Preterm infants should spend the majority of their time asleep. The regular alternation between sleep depths is thought to play a crucial role in brain development, and disrupted sleep has been associated with negative neurodevelopmental outcomes in both preterm human infants and animal studies.

Additionally, optimizing the timing of hands-on care or interventions to protect sleep has been linked to enhanced brain health and development.

Fortunately, there is a revolution in infant care: NIDCAP, FINE, family-centered care, family-integrated care, WHO programs, recommendations, and other minimal handling paradigms have emerged to safeguard sleep and minimize disturbing noises.

Value proposition

Understanding this need, we are looking for Neonatal Intensive Care Units in the EU and the USA to team up whose goal is to improve their core KPIs:

  • the comfort and life prospects of babies,

  • the prevention of permanent cognitive illnesses (learning difficulties, ADHD, ...),

  • the provision of less stressful working conditions for caregivers,

  • and reduce the length of stay.

We believe that we can help. We will soon provide the hardware, software, and service for 24/7 ward and department-wide, non-contact centralized surveillance, real-time behavior analysis, and reporting.

Here's what the professional say

“Several babies can be monitored at the same time, even in the dark. It measures light and noise levels, it would be unique.”

PL neonatologist, Warsaw, 20 years of professional experience

"Great idea, concept. The baby can be observed even in the dark, you don't have to peek constantly.”

CZ NICU nurse, Prague, 30 years of professional experience

"We constantly look at the babies, we also monitor them constantly at the nurse's desk, but we don't see what happens to them in 3 hours, unless we go there and look inside.”

HU neonatologist, 10 years of professional experience

Neonatologist opinion summary:

"It would be very important to monitor it continuously, regardless of the time of day. In this regard, the movement parameters of the babies could be suitable prognostic factors regarding their neurological condition.

In addition to the fact that neural development is considered important, there is currently no tool for this."

Nurse opinion summary:

"It is crucial to monitor the development of the nervous system, a more accurate picture of the condition of the babies is available. However, it must be handled in its place, it cannot replace personal presence and it cannot cause a feeling of being watched."
